• Maintained and protected the HSQE culture and performance during the integration of the fountains acquisition (1600 staff) - enabling staff / contract retention and performance
• Successfully lead the HSQE integration of a Licenced Asbestos business acquisition (450 staff)
• Lead the quality team in the delivery of audit and the development of simplified integrated HSQE management system
• The businesses supported achieved one RoSPA highly commended sector award and 8 RoSPA gold awards

• Project Director of transition / separation of group services (HR, Fleet, Pay roll, ICT, Finance etc.) during the extraction of Fountains from Connaught administration to facilitate a fully independent standalone.
• The development and implementation a production and performance management system across Utilities workOn the 1st September 2009 Fountains was sold to Connaught plc and was merged with a part of the existing Connaught.
• Introducing and promoting local reporting and monitoring – driving levels up from almost zero to 26000 near miss and hazard reports and 20000 site safety coaching visits pa
