• Identify all activities planned for the next 18 months based on the Integrated Execution Team Schedule, the list of projects/AFEs and the standard activity breakdown for each type of AFE.• Maintain and issue Major Project Integrated Schedule biweekly.• Work with project engineers to maintain project schedule with horizons ranging from two weeks to 18 months. Status past and current activities by collecting actual information from construction, procurement, engineering, and other stakeholders.• Prepare all the planning deliverables required by project engineers for monthly coordination meetings.• Generate schedule extracts (by discipline, owner, geography, project type etc.), lists of projects and/or activities, resource usage histograms, activity variance analysis, planning KPIs, critical activity reports and all baseline, actual and forecast dataset.• Produce what-if scenarios.• Prepare baselines, forecasts, and actual datasets to support cost forecasts and cost phasing.• Actively engage project stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and project objectives.• Communicate project status, variances and changing risks to team members and stakeholders.• Identify, prioritize, and implement integrated planning process continuous improvement opportunities.

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule using Microsoft Project.• Analyze and develop high level communications using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Milestones Professional and present to LM management / Government customers during periodic IPT, PAR, and PMR meetings.• Create weekly reports for Critical Path, Top Three Drivers, Program Summary Master Schedules for program and Major Suppliers, etc.• Manage and maintain IPMR-6 and EPRS reporting.• Grow team environment with all functional stakeholders to achieve cohesive planning atmosphere.• Provide “right hand man” assistance to Program Manager

• Using P6 and MS Project, Plan, monitor, control, and report on project cost/schedule/scope within EVM and CPM policy, guidelines, and procedures• Develop analysis and reports associated with various project controls job duties, such as project baseline, work package agreements, scheduling, cost control, cost estimation, earned value management (EVM), Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, variance analysis, project/program/portfolio integration and technical project reviews.• Manage communication with program/project stakeholders• Ensure that all work is identified, defined, and appropriately managed.• Resolve policy or contracting issues affecting program success• Path Analysis, projections, variance analysis, project/program/portfolio integration and technical project reviews

• Design and develop the project schedule.• Organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.• Track CPM against contractual baseline and adjust based on project float.• Log all new information into the database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes.• Interact with customer and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments

• Perform resource levelling for all functional activities• Support the identification and resolution of delivery risks, resource conflicts, emergent work and schedule waivers• Manage the inclusion of approved emergent work into the Functional 8Q and 12-week Schedule• Highlight slippage in the schedule and propose actions to recover• Build detailed draft and frozen schedules based on Maximo PM downloads and project inputs• Review Planning KPI performance with the leadership team and propose improvement actions• Update progress on site activities in Maximo/WMS, and Primavera as necessary, on a routine basis

• Review schedule to identify potential conflicts (i.e. MOC stage 3, Material not received or staged, SIMOPs).• Prepare Leveling reports and facilitate weekly meeting with facility leadership to review two week look ahead.• Prepare backlog report using Brio Query and MS Excel pivot table.• Influence leadership to accept, participate in, and ultimately drive continuous improvement through the use of BP Alaska's Integrated Planning and Production Efficiency Improvement Common Processes.• Create engagement through educational workshops, multi-media communications, and personal interaction in the areas of the Integrated Planning and Production Efficiency Improvement.
