A first of its kind in Ireland, JobPath is a ‘payment by results’ contract supporting long term unemployed adults into full-time sustainable employment. As one of the original members of the SESI SMT I was involved in the project management, implementation and phased operational roll out of eleven delivery centres across Dublin. Responsibility for centres through nine direct reports and over 150 multi-functional staff across the region. The role included close working relationships with senior members of the DSP JobPath contracting team. -
