Trader's Edge Network is a direct marketing company. We teach individual investors how to trade and invest in the financial markets. I serve as the executive leader for all Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development. I report directly to the owner/CEO and manage 6-8 department heads and employees. My responsibilities include:- Develop processes (mostly automated) with an obsession for efficiency and focus on sales growth- Increased revenues by 212% as COO without the need to hire additional staff- Coordinate marketing efforts (digital marketing, email, radio ads, direct mail, print ads)- Helped lower CPA and increase conversions - Manage our Inside Sales Team (avg. sales growth of 20% per year)- Oversee technical projects and web development- Manage finances, budgets, and the accounting teamFrom 2009 to 2015, my roles with Trader's Edge were VP of Operations & Product Development, Mentoring Fulfillment Manager, Trading Mentor, and Public Speaker/Trainer. In those previous roles my focus was on product development, managing and training the other mentors, and teaching our incredible clients about trading stocks and equity options. In July of 2015 I started in the role of COO.

Cozy Earth sources and sells premium bamboo bedding products. They sell their products direct to consumer and through wholesale distribution channels.I served as a Marketing and Operations Consultant and reported directly to the CEO. During my time working with Cozy Earth I accomplished:- Built automated marketing processes that drove increases in revenue- Helped with advertising campaigns and ad production- Streamlined order and delivery processes- Traveled to China (on two separate occasions) to work with supply chain and ensure product quality- Increased sales and automated follow-up processes at wholesale trade shows- Managed technical projects with website development and SEO

Rich Dad Education taught individual investors how to invest in the financial markets through online training and live seminars/classes. My role with Rich Dad included:- Direct manager of 5 office staff and 30 independent contractors (coaches, mentors, and class instructors)- Created and launched a new subscription service, creating over $30k in recurring revenue within the first few months- Responsible for product development and curriculum for all of the financial markets trainings and programs- Managed operations and procedures for several training programs for both online and live seminars

Wealth Intelligence Academy teamed up with Rich Dad Education where I was promoted to the Manager - Financial Markets Division. (See above)I started working as a Sales Representative, primarily doing telesales: - Sold coaching and educational products to clients after attending investment education seminars- Maintained a $15k to $20k six-week averageWhile working in sales, I took advantage of all of our educational programs and classes. I developed a love and passion for trading in the financial markets. I made a transition over to the mentoring/training side of the company.As the Trading Hotline Team leader, my responsibilities included:- Managed schedules and day-to-day operations of our Trading Hotline and mentor scheduling coordinators, directly managing 5-6 employees- Took Hotline calls from clients needing assistance in trading stocks, options, advanced option spreads, or any other topic related to the financial markets- Developed processes where both departments saw improved efficiency- Created a reporting process in place for daily and monthly reports for both departments- Responsible for training of new employees- Aided in the development of new programs, products, content, and manuals then created the operation, tracking, and reporting processes
