Working within Real Estate Solutions, reporting directly into the Head of Real Estate Transformation, I had responsibility for Real Estate Asset Management, Strategic Land promotion, Real Estate and Land disposal, lease negotiations and re-gears, and property management.

Working in the Development Land team I undertook valuation, development appraisal and site finding exercises on behalf of clients principally in the residential sector.

Following 12 months in the valuation team, I moved into the office agency team. Reporting directly into the National Head of Business Parks, my role covered dual disciplines between pure office agency disposal and acquisitions, as well as development consultancy on behalf of key clients English Partnerships and Birmingham City Council.

Working directly for the Regional Director and supporting a diverse range of development projects including site option and viability appraisals, bid submission, and site disposal.
