While newer to ID work, Mike is one of the best IDs I've ever worked with, as well as one of the best hiring decisions I've ever made. He's bright, a self-starter, and a fantastic business partner who loves to help others. Prior to being an ID, Mike was a facilitator. As a result, when he builds curriculum and content, he has the unique insight into what both learners and facilitators need to find success in the classroom. When Mike started, he was immediately tasked with redesigning a full new hire curriculum. He worked fast and within a few months, not only had he created a highly participative learning experience, but also built strong partnerships with his stakeholders. He has carried his ability to partner with stakeholders to one of our newest product groups helping them create both internal and external learning content. Mike enthusiastically owns it and delivers for others time and time again. Mike is also a terrific teammate. He is inclusive and looks for ways to mentor newer teammates who are just starting their careers in Learning. He has been instrumental in helping someone on the team build his design skills.
