I was born and raised in North Idaho. I moved to Australia for 8 years, and the Fiji Islands for 2 years, before returning back to Idaho. I have Australian permanent residency. I spent 15 years in the Timeshare industry for Trendwest and Wyndham Resorts. I held Project Director, Regional Sales Director, and National Marketing and Sales Director roles. As the Regional Director I looked over a budget of $100 million AUD, with an EBITA of $33 Million AUD annually with a history of exceeding these targets. The National Director Role was a position of influence on the entire Sales and Marketing organization at Wyndham. I worked directly in the Executive team to drive sales and marketing initiatives across the entire company. Since I have been back in Idaho I have held several roles: Automotive Sales Manager at a Ford and Nissan Dealership where I desked deals and implemented the sales training for the sales team. Airstream Sales and Finance Manager had me look over all sales and finance activity at the dealership. During the year at Airstream, I was able to increase revenue and profit to exceed annual AOP targets. I am now currently the Regional Sales Manager for Ground Force. I work with mining equipment dealers and the largest mining companies in the world to provide custom support solutions for their operations around the world. I travel around 80 to 100 days a year to sites in Australia, Eastern Canada, and even some domestic accounts in Wyoming, and the East Coast of the USA. I am an owner of a Cruise Planners Travel Agency Franchise. I have a well-rounded and diverse skill set that allows me to be adaptable to change. I also can relate to a large amount of people and cultures due to my vast experience in international business and travel.
