In my currrent role I am responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to AVI-SPL's services customers. Further, I am charged with the ongoing development of the best customer service team in the A/V industry, identifying areas for process and tools efficiencies, and making those opportunities a reality. Our ultimate aim is to provide an unparalleled service experience.for our customers with minimal operating cost to the business.

Responsible for managing and growing BT's Strategic Services product. In this role I managed 150 technical professionals across 30+ customer sites in the US and EMEA. I was responsible for developing and pricing out service models for customers with unique audio visual/virtual collaboration service needs. Under my watch we grew from 50 to 150 employees and our customers were some of the biggest names in the world.
