Reduced time to hire by 40%+ (124 to 71 days to hire) and reduced year-over year turnover (17.5% to 14.8%), best of 6 regional organizations.• Increased direct labor by $5.5MM+ with focused domestic and international project outreach; delivering on-time and on-budget with the best execution and per-capita placement out of 6 regional organizations. • Aligned acquisition, design and partnering processes to drive projects from inception to construction faster, in one case reducing average project timelines from 193 to 74 days.• Federal Best Place to Work in 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019.
