I project managed the successful ASX listing of Ellerston GEMS Fund, with initial capitalisation of A$600m.Post listing, responsibilities extended to on-going management of the fund as a listed entity, including oversight of ASX requirements and internal risk prcesses.My role continued into the project management of the launching of several other funds. This included the negotiating of prime brokerage, custody and other legal agreements.The role subsequently extended to general market and liquidity risk management and associated reporting into the Board.

Group Market Risk Management (GMRM) at Deutsche Bank is responsible for the independent oversight of all trading and banking book market risk. GMRM has a strong focus on the activity on the dealing floors and works closely with traders and senior managers to perform the complex risk analyses that are crucial to inform their business decisions.My responsibilities extended to oversight of all market risk for Australian and New Zealand activities of the Bank. Prime asset classes included interest rates, equities, credit trading and FX.
