Project – Barossa Darwin Pipeline Duplication Project (Santos)Employed as a Company Site Lead, covering 2 scopes involving a fabrication yard and pipe coating mill. Fabrication activities include overseeing the fabrication, welding and associated QC activities for the construction of 1off 26” PLET complete with and Outrigger, Mudmat and anti-snagging frame, 1off 34”/14” ILT with foldable Mudmats complete with Anti-snagging Frame and Foundation, 1off Protection Frame and 7off Installation Heads/PLRs.Pipe coating activities include the managing the contractor during the linepipe coating of 26” and 34” pipes. Applicable coatings include, Internal Flow Coat (IFC), FBE, 3LPP Asphalt Enamel and CWC of varying thicknesses.Both scopes are for the 122km combined 26” and 34” Barossa Nearshore Gas Export Pipeline.

Project – Jerun Development Project (SapuraOMV)Employed in the dual role of Site Packer Manager and QC Manager, overseeing the fabrication, welding and associated QC activities for the construction of a 30” Pipeline Riser, 2off Tie-in Expansion Spools and 5off Installation Heads/PLRsDuties included but were not limited to:- Project management based at site with emphasis on quality, schedule and cost control.- Coordination and lead of Company’s local QC team;- Weekly reporting of QC activities and project progress to Company’s project management team based in Kuala Lumpa, Malaysia;- Liaising directly with the Contractor and it’s sub-contractors with regards to defining construction sequences and inspection plans that adhere to contractual specifications;- Attend and lead progress meetings with Contractor on behalf of Company;- Review and approve TQs, NCRs, VORs etc, aided with input from the applicable Engineering and QA/QC disciplines;- Review Contractors documentation related to all fabrication related activities;- Provide technical solutions for fabrication and quality issues that may arise on a day to day basis;- Monitor performance of the site team and Contractor;- Witness subcontractors’ activities as required in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test plans.

Project – Barossa Gas Export Pipeline (Santos)Employed as a Company Site Lead, overseeing the fabrication, welding and associated QC activities for the construction of 2off 26” PLETs, 2off Mudmats, 1off Anti-snagging Frame and 8off Installation Heads/PLRs that will be utilised for the 260km 26” Barossa Gas Export Pipeline .Duties include but are not limited to:- Coordination and lead of Company’s local QC team;- Weekly reporting of QC and project progress to Company’s project management team based in Perth, Australia;- Liaising directly with the Contractor and it’s sub-contractors with regards to defining construction sequences and inspection plans that adhere to contractual specifications;- Attend and lead progress meetings with Contractor on behalf of Company;- Assess and provide input for TQs, NCRs, VORs etc;- Review Contractors documentation related to all fabrication related activities;- Provide technical solutions for fabrication and quality issues that may arise on a day to day basis;- Monitor performance of the site team and Contractor;- Witness subcontractors’ activities as required in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test plans.

Project – Valhall Platform Decommissioning (Aker BP)Tasked as a Welding Inspector to monitor, witness and verify the NDT, visual inspections and subsequent welding repairs that were required to enable existing, pre-used, Topside Support Skids to be recertified for the decommissioning scope of the Valhall Topside platforms.

Project – Jacket Lift System Development (Allseas Engineering)Employed as Site Coordinator for the construction, outfitting, testing and load out for 2off 5500T, 145m long, fixed lifting beams and 2off 1200T, 30m long, tail extensions which form an integral part of the new 20000T Jacket Lifting System (JLS) which is now installed and operational on the Pioneering Spirit.Promoted from my previous role of QC Coordinator, my tasks included but were not limited to:- Coordination of Clients site team, consisting of QC, HSE, Field Engineering, Welders, NDT and other disciplines;- Weekly reporting of subcontractor’s progress to Client;- Attend and lead progress meetings from subcontractor on behalf of Client;- Keep Client’s office based project management updated on ongoing work by subcontractor on a daily basis;- Keep track of planned and actual subcontractor manpower and equipment;- Assess and provide input for TQs, NCRs, VORs etc;- Review subcontractors’ documentation related to all fabrication related activities;- Provide technical solutions for fabrication and quality issues that may arise on a day to day basis;- Monitor performance of the site team and all applicable disciplines;- Providing technical and commercial input on behalf of Client during contractual and commercial discussions/disputes as required. - Witness subcontractors’ activities as required;- Arrange facilities required by site team.

Projects (amongst others):  Noble Energy Leviathan Field Development; Solitaire New Stinger Section 1; Pioneering Spirit JLS Beams contractor selection process; Pioneering Spirit JLS Beams LR-FH69 Welding Trials; Pioneering Spirit TLS (Topside Lifting System) Upgrade; Audacia 300T Huisman Crane Tog Mor Lower Hoist BlockBased in the Allseas Netherland head office in Delft, I was originally hired to cover the sickness leave of the Allseas Principal QC Coordinator for a period of 3 months which was then extended upon his return.Whilst in this role I successfully covered coordination of many investment projects on behalf of Allseas, including the construction of a new section 1 S-lay pipelay stinger for the Solitaire, for which the main fabrication activities were undertaken in Turkey but built from company supplied materials which were sourced and produced from Belgium, Germany and South Korea amongst others. I was also heavily involved in the grade 690 welding trials and Contractor selection process for the construction of the JLS Beams project for which I later relocated to Italy to use as a base to set up the QC scope across 3 separate fabrication yards.Parallel to the investment projects I was also responsible for QC coordination of the construction and testing of a number of 14”, 18” and 20” PLETs with varying amounts of hubs and built over multiple fabrication yards. The project in question was that of the Leviathan Field Development for which the end client was Noble Energy.

Project – Pioneering Spirit (Allseas Engineering)Working as a Client Representative for the construction of the boom and jib for a new 5000T Huisman Crane. Welding and coating inspections performed as well as representing Company during daily site meetings with the contractor and certifying authority.

Heusden, North Brabant, Netherlands

Projects (amongst others): ROTA 3 (Petrobras); Brent Delta Decommissioning (Shell); Sur de Texas Tuxpan (TransCanada); Turkstream (Southstream bv); Appomattox (Shell); Johan Sverdrup (Statoil); YME Removal (Talisman); Various vessel upgrades (Allseas Engineering bv).Working as a QC Lead on various commercial and investment projects on behalf of Allseas’ fabrication arm AFBV. Responsible for overseeing all project related QC activities, from pre kick-off up to and including issuing of final as-built documentation upon completion of project. Leading and directing a team multidiscipline inspectors of various levels whilst supporting the production team and ensuring all QC related activities are performed both in a timely manner and within budget. Commercial projects undertaken include welding, coating and testing of various subsea structures including ILY’s, ILT’s and cable crossings. Investment projects including the construction of various equipment, tooling and upgrades for the Allseas fleet of pipelay and heavy lift vessels. Additional to my role as QC Lead I was also tasked with the responsibility of stand in QC Manager as cover during a period of 3 months’ sick leave for the regular appointed person. During this time, I took the lead in the development and implementation of a new internal welding registration and traceability system which successfully targeted a reduction in double work and increased cost savings across the company.

Project – Pioneering Spirit (Allseas Engineering)Working at various vendor premises and fabrication yards within Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Overseeing Quality Control for the fabrication, coating, hydrostatic testing and flushing of over 26000 hydraulic pipe spools and hoses, which formed part of the Topside Lifting System for Allseas’ new installation, decommissioning and pipelay vessel the Pioneering Spirit.
