Responsible for supporting the expansion of Poundfield Precast into existing and new markets with a focus on developing the company's position in the coastal sea defence market sector. Integrating the new production facilities recently opened in the North West and in South Wales. Identifying and developing new product opportunities across the three operating divisions of beam and block flooring, retaining walls and bespoke precast.

The business owns and operates from 5 hardstone locations; Eikefet, Halsvik, Seljestokken, Kvalsund and Eidsnes. Employed by the business assisting with general management support and development. Including, technical support, production and planning, manage and supporting the sales team. The role also encompassed negotiating port and shipping contracts.

Responsible for all operational aspects, safety, production, policy, sales, investments, marketing and customer support for 2 granite operations on the Norwegian coast quarrying stone to supply the offshore pipeline sector. Role included responsibility for business strategy, budgeting, expansion, shipping and logistics, market development.

Overall responsibility for production, profitability, strategy, capital expenditure, budgeting, sales, business development for forty-two concrete plants, two mortar plants. Appointed to the operational board of Tarmac’s concrete Division, working on company wide initiatives. Selection, purchase, installation of new and refurb batching plants. Control of over 250 staff, production, quality, sales, technical, contracted hauliers and administration.
