These tools were located within a centralized "dashboard", and ranged from interfaces to make front-line support techs more efficient, to monitoring and system administrative tools for the SysOps team, to statistics for leaders to make decisions. The primary tool in this toolset was a customer management system to track interactions with customers via chat or phone, that presented targeted info on the customer and their account, and guided support techs in their note-taking with responsive prompts and info fields.

I had three main duties for DVD Verdict. 1) I reviewed films. 2) As Editor-in-Chief, I oversaw the editorial quality of the site and managed a team of editors to proof content. 3) As the primary web developer, I designed the site and wrote all code. The site was coded in PHP and utilized a MySQL database. With over 10,000 reviews at the time I left the site, and many factors to present - DVD audio-video settings, special features, etc. - it was a complicated schema and code base. I also wrote Perl scripting that utilized Amazon's APIs to present product purchase information and links, which powered most of the revenue generation for the site.
