Vice President And Incentive Program ManagerHuntington National Bank Aug 2011 - Aug 2014Youngstown, Ohio AreaI was in charge of administering the Colleague Incentive Plans for the Retail, In-Store, Phone Bank, Business Banking, and Commercial departments of a large, regional bank. I directed the planning for, and implementation of, the transition from a legacy incentive system to a more advanced approach based on a third-party company called Varicent. I supervised a team of eight business analysts who took care of the daily operations. I managed a project to identify and solve problems with the banks Cash Items and NSF processes. This involved working with 54 branches and bring their General Ledgers back into balance. I also re-wrote both the Cash Item and NSF procedures for the entire bank and then trained personnel in each of the 105 branches on the new procedures. Later on, I assisted with the acquisition of Mahoning National Bank. I was later promoted to Branch Manager and then subsequently to Vice President/Banking Center Manager. -
