My responsibilities include developing, shooting, editing, and assembling videotape messages for broadcast and non-broadcast application; supervises technical and creative aspects of videotape production, including post-production and distribution. Some of these projects include creating successful DVDs of instructions combined with social media to facilitate and enhance distant learning programs. Marketing events were videotaped with multiple cameras and then edited for broadcast on the LCC television channel. I also am the senior director for live to web events; this includes basketball, community events and special presentations. I am also in constant contact with engineers and support staff to complete projects and deliver in a format needed for a successful presentation.

As the initial designer for all creative concepts that include audio, video, graphic design for print (magazine, brochure, flyers, mailers and logo concept), social media/internet presence, dvd and multimedia presentations, it is my responsibility to ensure that client objectives and budgets are being met successfully. I also ensure that marketing/advertising plans are followed to insure the highest possible ROI. In this role I have extensive experience in public and media relations, composition, editing, publication production, marketing, advertising, creative service and strategy, graphic design and daily use of word process and desktop publishing software. My responsibilities include working closely with a diversified client base.

In addition to supervision of production department, my responsibilities included but not limited to: approval of all audio and video content, daily scheduling, client contact, non-liner editing, field and studio productions, talent direction, script writing, budgeting, equipment decisions and purchasing. Production work included: Instructional and informational presentations on video, broadcast television and radio commercials and producing live awards ceremonies. While as an full partner I increased the revenue of video operations from $300/month to $60,000/ year.

Producer responsibilities included production of both local and regional radio and television advertisements. Copy writer for radio and television commercials. Write and act as executive producer in charge of three 30 minute infomercials airing on regional television. Production coordinator responsibilities included coordinating all television, radio and print productions to meet client needs and vendor schedules in a timely and profitable manner. Responsibilities also included creating and maintaining current production logs, scheduling shoots, editing and studio sessions with various local, state and national facilities. During times of staff shortage I would assist as graphic artist. Prior to production coordinator promotion I was responsible for day-to-day management of office staff.
