Grainger's first service-based acquisition.During Michael's tenure with AES, he successfully clientized some of the most well known and respected commercial entities in the world. Having gained and exercised intimate knowledge of local utility incentives and federal green initiatives he parlayed his expertise into helping companies "go green" by focusing upon environmental and fiscal sustainability. While identifying measures proven to represent the most quantifiable savings in energy consumption, he was able to navigate, package, present and implement comprehensive energy savings strategies. In 2010 Michael formed KirEnergy Services, a multi-regional, turn-key Energy Services Company headquartered in the Austin, TX.
