I am an experienced and passionate leader in the food and hospitality industry, with over 15 years of expertise in business ownership, start-up leadership, and event management. I oversee and optimize the daily operations of Superba Food+Bread, a multi-unit restaurant chain that serves delicious and wholesome food to customers.As the Director of Operations, I supervise over 200 employees across 15 departments, and track and analyze the profitability and key metrics of all restaurant operations. I am responsible for strategy and forging productive relationships with top leaders and local government. I also manage the recruitment, training, and retention of personnel, and facilitate management meetings to enhance collaboration and problem-solving. My previous experience as the founder and owner of Dogtown Dogs, a successful food truck business concept that achieved national recognition and exposure, has equipped me with the skills and vision to grow and innovate in the food and hospitality industry. Additionally, I leveraged my event management skills to create new revenue streams through expanding beyond food trucks to tent events and pop up restaurants, making Dogtown Dogs a strong presence at the country's largest festivals.
