Working closely with Senior Leadership Teams in UK Partnerships to support a consistent approach to planning and helping to deliver the organisation’s strategic objectives by making use of insight and performance data to help inform planning, decision making and prioritisation.

Provided volunteering leadership to enable regional and operational colleagues across the Alzheimer's Society to maximise the time and talents of all those volunteering to help the organisation deliver its vision. As a member of the Regional and functional management teams, I was responsible for the shaping, delivery and implementation of volunteering programmes, ensuring they were aligned to the organisation’s strategy.

• Project lead for the development and implementation of the UK-wide network Quality Accreditation framework;• Led on the development of UKCF's services to members by being a focal point for members' enquiries, identifying and sharing best practice and championing the raising of standards;• Helped to build the organisational and grant-making capacity of Community Foundations across the UK and strengthening the network through resource development and a strong working relationship with UKCF.

Member of the Management Team for the European Community Foundation Initiative (ECFI), I led on the planning and delivery of the European Conference for Community Foundations held in Cardiff, Wales in September 2017.The conference was attended by leading civil society and community foundation representatives from across the globe, representing around 25 different countries.

Led the organisation-wide embedding of the Quality Framework as Save the Children's standards of programming and operations.
