About Mike Singleton

Have been a long-time soccer coach who has coached at NCAA Div 1, 2 and 3 schools as well as having worked with youth national teams. My credentials include a US Soccer A License, a FIFA Futuro III License, United Soccer Coach Premier Diploma, FA Youth License, KNVB Youth License and US Youth License. My education and experience marries my dual passions: soccer and sport psychology, allowing me to cultivate a holistic approach to athlete development.Serving on Technical Committees for a World Cup and a Gold Cup and teaching college sport psychology courses for 10 years I enjoy intertwining the two to help develop players. Having also published poetry, published chemosensory nutrition research (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10204835/), and many journal articles I enjoy writing and am skilled at it as well. In addition, I created the first online soccer coaching course in the United States.
