Production Fabricator
CurrentBuild, repair, or modify assemblies from given blueprints, basic descriptions, or pictures and ballpark measurements. We handle work for corporate installations, museum displays and exhibits, and trade show booths, displays, and counters. Sizes range from small scale brackets/boxes/frames, to large 30', 40', 50' or more double-decker exhibits and multi-room installations.Skills used may include any or all of the following:- mig and/or tig welding of aluminum or steel assemblies- manual machining on lathe and/or mill- installation and soldering of LED/low-voltage lighting and wireless controls- modification or assembly of extruded aluminum frame and fabric graphic panels- acrylic plexiglass or PVC fabrication including cutting, gluing, and/or polishing- casement/cabinet carpentry including building/hanging drawers and decorative laminates- forklift operator moving/storing crates and large assemblies, including setup assistance for larger constructs/installations- setup, rigging, and repair work to facility and/or installations piloting an order picker lift, or scissor lift as the needs/accessibility dictate- general tool and machine upkeep, cleaning, and repair
