Responsible for supervising three Administrative Specialists and supporting the Assistant General Manager as well as the department administratively. Heavily in records management including scanning, filing, sending, linking, and (soon) retention of documents. The Administrative Staff is responsible for weekly audits on each others work in Laserfiche to ensure quality of metadata (content type) and scans as well. Responsible for maintaining the SharePoint site for Rail Operations.
