I wear multiple hats at FreedomSoft which is a SAAS company for real estate investors. My main roles are as the customer support manager, on-boarding specialist and head real estate coach. As support manager, I oversee a small team that handles all inbound questions on using the software. As on-boarding specialist, I work daily with new users of the software to get them on-boarded and set up properly. As head real estate coach, I train students all over the country multiple times each week on various topics related to making money with real estate. I am also heavily involved with our development team and CEO working on new features for the software.

Managed every step of the fix and flip process from acquisitions to final sale. For acquisitions, deals were analyzed for profit making potential. Once under contract, scopes of work were created and finalized with contractors and sub-contractors. While under construction, managed each project to ensure budgets and timelines were hit. Coordinated both labor and materials. Upon completion, analyzed comps to set price and then negotiated the sale with each listing agent.

Generated new business through networking, referrals and relationships with real estate agents. Worked with homeowners to put them into the right purchase or refinance loan program. Taught homeowners about accelerated debt payoff strategies to help them build equity faster.
