The annual revenue of Mitac-Synnex group is over USD 18 billion.My responsibilities are as followed:*Specialized in deal sourcing, evaluation and execution (incl. due diligence and syndication coordination)*Reviewed 80 to 100 enterprises annually in medical devices, 3C , machine tools and food chains.Selective investment cases and transaction highlights:1) Intai(4163.TW): The partner of Johnson & Johnson in surgery parts. Growth-stage investment. IPO in Nov 2013, with the IPO price tripled our investment value. Proactively maintained relationship with the management for over 3 years and hence created the investment opportunity.2) HIWIN technologies(2049.TW): World’s third largest in linear motion filed. Pre-IPO investment with strong demand. Successfully subscribed for hundreds thousand shares under fierce competition and brought tremendous profit.3) OK Biotech (4155.TW): A leading manufacturer of glucose meters and strips. Growth-stage investment. Current trading price is almost doubled from our investment price.4) Yomura Technologies: Devoted in medical and industrial plastic injection molding for over 20 years. Growth-stage investment. Sales of 2012 is 4.5 times of sales of 2009 (the year we invested), with EPS of NT$23.

*Executing trade marketing strategy including in-store merchandising and innovating displays in 15,000 retails.*Successfully launch 13 new products with category management.*Participated in the cross-national Business Process Optimization project in 2005, leading to substantial improvement in the forecast accuracy which is the third best in Wrigley worldwide.*Prepared annually, monthly and weekly sales forecast by coordinating with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain.*Assisted Supply Chain team and DC planner to reduce the inventory level.
