This includes 4 Theme Parks, 17 Resorts, 3 Water Parks, City of Celebration, 2 cruise ships, the Magic and Wonder, and all Administration facilities.• Provide services to Regulated and Non-Regulated customers.• Lead a group of seven Electronic Technicians with an annual budget of half a million dollars.• Responsible for the Central Office, a NORTEL DMS 100/200, class 4 and 5 switch with a SuperNode60, LPP, SS7, ENET with 2 RSC(remote switches), 28 AccessNodes(pairgain device), 15 URBANS, 9 OC-12’s, 2 OC-48’s, Tellabs DACS, NetWork Manager, Video/Radio Satellite systems (7, 10, 11 meter dishes), NORTEL D4 Banks, DS3 Muxes, DMS Voice Mail, 1565 Collins, Fujitsu Fiber system, CISCO 15454, ETC intercept machine and Cellular car phone installation and maintenance for 150 Vice Presidents/Presidents.• The switch has 18, 000 Access lines, 7 NXX’s (exchanges), and 28 DTC/DTCI’s (13,440 trunks).

• Worked with the Central Office Engineering group on Traffic, Translations, and Troubles for the DMS 100/200.• Provided Routine Work Orders for Trunking installation / disconnect with 22 IXC’s, 7 CLEC’s, 3 LEC’s, and 35 NORTEL PBX’s for the Walt Disney World Resort.• Maintained data bases and records for the DMS’s 28 DTC/DTCI’s peripheral modules, DSX crosses connect panels, Trunking and Fiber drawings, and PBX drawings.• Investigated all DMS switch related Fraud issues and worked with IXC’s and PBX’s for resolutions and prevention.• Collected switch usage (CCS-hundred call seconds) for the Traffic Factor Study to determine the Separations for Interstate/InterLata, Intrastate/InterLata, Intrastate/InterLata, and IntraLata call types.

• Maintained switch operations for a DMS 250 with Operator services and 16 DTC’s (7680 Trunks) that used to be leased to the IXC TeleSystems out of Lakeland, FL.• Maintained switch operations for a DMS 100/200 with TOPS, all Carrier facilities (Fiber systems, Muxes, Copper Spans, Tellabs DACS, D4 Banks), Satellite systems, Paging system, and Cellular phones.• Special Circuits - Installation / Repair of Data circuits, Fiber systems, and Carrier facilities in the field.
