I grew "ec plc" from a virtually bankrupt, privately held, £ 3 million turnover and loss-making company in 1985, to a London Stock Market listed, £ 43 million with £ 5 million profits before I left it in 2002. We went from 55 to 320 employees; from one plant in the UK to, 3 in the UK, one in the USA and a Chinese JV; from national UK sales to global reach.

14 interim management positions in diverse sectors - 8 of which turnarounds - none lost! Financial analysis and projections were the keystone of these roles.
