After working in wealth management in the early part of my career, I decided that I wanted to pivot into something completely different. That was when I was fortunate enough to get a scholarship to the Alliance Manchester Business School to study and MBA. It was here that I was able to learn and demonstrate that I had the skills to design and execute go-to-market strategies, manage complex customer relationships and hone my leaderships skills. I have been able to further develop these competencies at Plexal. Over the three years that I have been at Plexal, I have led a number of innovation projects for the public and private sector. These consulting projects have looked at integrating cutting-edge technologies into the Ministry of Defence, the National Cyber Security Centre, the Home Office and Lloyds Banking Group. I now sit in Plexal's go-to-market team, where I account manage a number of key customers in strategic sectors.
