Solving problems has always been a healthy obsession. I started relying on data for guidance early in my fundraising career when faced with complicated questions that didn't have simple answers. Colleagues and clients began to rely on my data-guided approach more and more, which lead to more sophisticated questions and advanced projects. Completing my Masters degree in analytics strengthened my technical skills and provided a deeper understanding of how to turn my passionately curious nature into actionable insights. I've enjoyed partnering with fundraising leaders to drive well-informed decisions, and I look forward to continue challenging the status quo of non profit work in pursuit of improved outcomes and services.
