As the Vice President, Philanthropy Services at Gobel Group, I guide clients in the implementation of our programs and services. I lead in client engagements, working closely with the clients to develop solutions and establish streamlined operational processes. I have a proven proficiency in development operations and excel in creative problem-solving. In my role I have to balance client expectations against project timelines, budgets, and available resources and lead results-oriented discussions to maximize results and ROI. Additionally, I educate, train and serve as a mentor to client’s staff on learning and supporting robust fundraising programs through operational efficiencies and managing large datasets of prospective donors.My core competencies include prospect research, prospect management, database management, database conversions, gift processing, donor relations, reporting and analytics, campaign planning and execution, and board development.
