Mike Chen is a Professor at Dept of Computer Science at National Taiwan University. He possess expertise in mobile devices, cloud computing, algorithms, r&d, android and 5 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Mike has done an excellent job organizing highly-acclaimed annual business & technology delegations to Asia (http://mjaa.net/asiatrip) as executive VP of MJAA (Monte Jade Science & Technology Association, Asian American Chapter). Being a marketing lead on the committee, I had a chance to observe his leadership skills throughout the past few months. Mike set a high standards for himself and team, taking his presentation in the open house as an example, his articulateness and confidence made a difference in promoting our trip to the candidates, also created a vision for rest of us. He initiated online document sharing and collaboration with latest technology, so we can be engaged in the process. It was also a time saver for all committee members. He organized many local meetups so that our committee members get to know each other better and work more closely online. He took time to communicate the project status frequently to keep everyone informed. He recognized individual's effort whenever we reach a milestone.
