WORK EXPERIENCE:2013 – Now Xeon E5 Data Center Platform Application Engineer , Intel Corporation Running Purley FPGA design in and leading FPGA platform development team for Asia customers with new technical enabling and project developing. Proofs-of-Concepts engaging with Asia customers for Intel pilot FPGA BDW SDP.  Excellent issue management during design or in production: issues prioritizing, issue reproducing, resource coordinating, team/customer communication, issue root cause, workaround suggesting, and debug sharing.  Work closely with the MNCs and their ODMs, provide technical assistance for customer server board development, design review, and debug; Built up the good relationship with HPE customer.  Provide in time OEM design support to succeed platform launch by technical enabling, design reviewing, issue debugging, function testing and electrical validation.  Represent customers’ technical requirement in new product development teams.  Present in Intel and customer training event, content providing, and training course arrangement.  Support Intel server and workstation components such as processors, chipsets and I/O components.  Well support on HPE server products development and launch based on Intel Xeon E5-2600 V3 Haswell-EP, E5-2600 V4 Broadwell-EP, and Skylake-EP server products in 2013-2016.  Success to support H3C Server in developing Intel Xeon based server product since 2014.

2006 - 2013 Senior HW Engineer (server design) Taoyuan R&D center, INVENTEC Corporation Design 6G SAS expander card with 24 ports with supports multiple tower & Rack mount servers.  Lead the schematic design of customer’s Intel server common design. Lead the electrical design of the Intel DP server in 4U expandable & Rackable Tower chassis form factor which has Intel Xeon technology and is optimized for performance and virtualization.  Lead the electrical design of the AMD DP server in 2U rack mount form factor which is flexible and expandable for business from corporate data centers to sophisticated SMBs.  Regularly share new technology and debugging experience with HW or other team.  Bring up customer’s leading Intel Grantley server in U.S.  Best employee of 2012 awarded by Inventec.
