Responsible for all aspects of ICT Service Delivery for IVECO group companies in the UK, comprising: Iveco, Iveco Bus, Iveco pre-owned, FIAT Powertrain, IC Capital, FCA Finance Services.• To lead the IT team, ensuring that a quality / customer focused service is delivered to customers • In partnership with the multiple suppliers, prioritise and manage work across the team, ensuring resource is allocated appropriately• To review and evaluate architectural and software designs and solutions, providing overall technical management and architectural guidance • Be a key contributor to overall strategy and decision-making, with particular responsibility for IT innovation and implementation • Manage IT budgets and prepare quarterly and yearly IT budget submissions and other regular reports showing IT progress • To support technical teams in identifying and promoting good industry practice and progressing performance and development opportunities where appropriate • To be a key contributor to the development of new services and the utilisation of technology to add value to the business• UK IT Leadership ensuring that best practice and risks/issues are shared and understood across the team • Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, ensuring that value for money and quality of service is balanced appropriately
