My team manages the Analysis, Design, and Implementation of the AFSVision loan accounting system for top tier banking clients. Work closely with clients to manage business needs. Challenged to lead the establishment of company's third party commercial loan servicing platform utilizing economies of scale and leveraging technology solutions. Responsible for aligning multiple corporate initiatives to attract and retain industry-leading financial services clients while developing strategic relationships. Charged with initiation and oversight of all client projects and coordination with IT staff and 10+ cross-functional business process owners, both domestic and international. Managed $5 million annual budget for the group. Primary duties included:Implement client strategy, service operations, and continual service improvement. Maintain client relationship and program oversight.* Ensure quality of technical and business service delivery.Manage servicing staff of 20+ responsible for clients' customer service. Successes included: Led group to achieve 20+ successful project launches, steering several products into production rollout including 2 client-branded private label websites as well as customized document management and workflow systems. Provided project leadership to 20+ internal and external resources for website and systems development including: establishment of business requirements, approval of project plans, budget control, production timetable, status reporting, client/project team coordination and training, user acceptance testing and implementation.Launched and managed a fully automated electronic revolving line of credit system product for the nation's leading captive finance company resulting in a significant competitive market advantage. Grew business from a single, $5 billion account to a 12-client, $45 billion portfolio.Guided the concurrent development and implementation of workflow systems, databases and document management systems to effectively manage, monitor, and assign workloads to functional groups across 5 domestic and international sites leveraging time zone efficiencies.Led transition team upon acquisition of major competitor and coordinated all system, process and people integration for group of 50+ people across various departments.Coordinated project requirements, data mapping, beta testing, and system training, and made go, no-go decisions.Trained and mentored 2 subordinates to become Vice Presidents and manage top client relationships.
