Current• Responsible for overall fiscal, programmatic, and board functions of the organization’s school engagement, out-of-school, and juvenile justice programs serving nearly 900 children and families• Actively solicit new funding and explore new sources for revenue generation• Lead key organization-wide initiatives, including racial equity initiative and trauma-responsive work, and ensure Domus is on the forefront of meeting related needs for community youth facing adversity• Approve and monitor all aspects of $7.5M budget• Recruit potential board members and meet with board and board committees to define, refine, and review goals and objectives of all Domus programs• Network with federal, state, and local institutions, including Connecticut Department of Corrections, Stamford Public Schools, Stamford Police Department, Juvenile Court, local service providers, and elected officials• Appointed by then-Governor Dan Malloy of Connecticut to inaugural membership of CT Juvenile Justice Policy & Oversight Committee (served 2015-2019)
