While at Ross Imaging, I excelled at developing and mentoring a newly assembled team that increased gross sales by 50%. As someone who gets fulfillment from helping others develop, I have enjoyed training junior sales professionals in cold calling, presentations, relationship building, funnel management, and negotiation.If I were asked what experience shaped my life the most, I would say growing up working on our family’s tree farm.
