► Performed numerous leadership roles to assist enterprise through growth and change.Serve on leadership team accountable for efficiencies and profitability. Little Falls facility maintains average staff of 400 employees, with multi-million-dollar sales. Report to site Director of Operations, overseeing 12-hour shift operations of 85-100 employees in areas of Quality Assurance, Production, Lean & Continuous Improvement, Data Processing, Shop, Shipping & Receiving. Additional leadership roles:• Better Practices Standardization (BPS) Team Member, charged with melding all Standard Work processes toward goal of single set of trained processes in all 4 facilities located in Minnesota and Pennsylvania. • Acted as interim Data Processing Manager while another was recruited. Also served as Quality Control Manager and Training Manager at Farmingdale, NY facility after purchase from competitor.• Migrated Automated Marketing Program from acquisition point in NY to Chanhassen, MN home office. • Currently serve as Lead Team member on Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives; and as Little Falls Quality Assurance Auditor / Manager. • During tenure, served on Lead Operations Team, with interim positions at other company facilities:- Operations Manager and Acquisition Team Member to Swedesboro, NJ. Closed out production work of competitor, assessed skill sets, assisted recruitment of displaced workers, and coordinated plant’s closing so that assets could be distributed to other IWCO facilities. - As Quality Manager, played key role in implementation of AssurX (Quality Management – Regulatory Compliance software) to all facilities and departments: data gathering and feedback loop to root cause point and countermeasure initiations to Standard Work.
