Served public and private sector clients, including Marriott, Motorola, Ericsson, and the Departments of Defense, State, and Homeland Security. Most recently, as Strategy and Planning Lead for the Department of Homeland Security's US-VISIT Program, Mike led a team of 40 consultants supporting US-VISIT with strategy, decision support, planning, and project management. He oversaw the development of US-VISIT's strategic plan, a DHS-wide survey of all biometric programs, and the evaluation of its biometric air exit pilot.
