Within the EPIK department, I oversee installation of new voice and data business for Granite’s customers. Through daily communication through email and phone with sales reps, project team members, and clients, I coordinate equipment creation and installation. In one of Granite's newest and fastest growing departments, I keep projects moving forward and get them completed on time.Before with the EPIK team, I occupied a similar role with the conversion management department. Within the conversion department, I worked independently to resolve issues that came through our queue, as well as answered internal emails to assist other departments with getting the information needed to move phone lines through the conversion process. Within the first six months, I received two employee of the month awards for my productivity and teamwork.

I was responsible for producing Stonehill's home athletic video streaming entities through SkyhawksVision and NE10 Now. This also included creating post-game highlights and feature video content for stonehillskyhawks.com and the athletic department's social media accounts. I also created both still and motion graphics for use in livestreams and promotion on social media. While working with a TriCaster or Production Truck software, I coordinated student workers to produce livestreams that were a leader in broadcasting quality amongst Division II schools. While collaborating with a team of fellow students to produce a quality live stream made for national broadcast through A10 Network, I was responsible for the operation of broadcast level equipment. My experience includes broadcast level cameras, as well as graphics, replay, and audio board equipment in both setup, operation, and break down. Additionally, I have experience with Ross Carbonite switchboard. I was responsible for researching, composing, and posting up to three articles per week on my assigned sports teams. I focused on NHL teams such as the Boston Bruins, Tampa Bay Lightning, Buffalo Sabres, Nashville Predators, and more. I have shown an ability to write for every team assigned for, having been responsible for an article on every NHL team during my time with the website. I offered to switch during the playoff seasons in order to keep writing for teams that were still alive and would draw more attention to the website. My articles were responsible for the most views in the NHL section consistently.

I was given promotion to the grocery position based on customer service skills, as well as productivity and ability to work independently. Later I was given further responsibility in dairy department in response to my hard work and efficiency. Principally I was responsible for assisting customers with purchases and questions while maintaining, organizing, and restocking inventory of various items on the sales floor and in the back room. I helped direct less experienced part time workers, and was given the most part time hours in the department because of independent ability and willingness to do whatever assignment was given. Showed ability to work at a fast pace due to being the only employee on the clock in an already bustling supermarket's busiest department.

My job was to quickly and efficiently bag groceries for customers while maintaining quality and preventing damage. Once in the parking lot I assisted customers by putting their groceries away in their car and recollecting carts. An important factor in working at a local grocery store was to maintain the store's small town atmosphere by talking to the customers and making them feel at home.

I held a wide variety of responsibilities in the dining hall because of my proven versatility and willingness to learn. After only two weeks I was awarded a performance-based raise based on my effort and attention to detail. My main role was assisting customers with any specific questions or concerns while serving the food to customers. Other responsibilities included restocking food as needed, keeping building organized and clean, and helping to prepare food.
