About Mike Marshall

An executive leader with 30 years in high-tech engineering, marketing, and operations - launching products from custom embedded systems to cloud based software to sophisticated AI solutions. My career is built on the foundation of enterprise principles in business with a focus to deliver on a global scale. I enjoy tackling big problems and delivering creative solutions for the customer, the business, and the technology.Today, I spend most of my time as Owner and Chairman of the Board of Social Factor, our 13-year old Social Media agency helping enterprise customers to build engaging online communities. My favorite philanthropy is Young Life where I've served in various capacities for over 30 years and currently as the local chair.I periodically take on projects demanding focus in areas such as leadership, organizational development, business operations, and innovation.
