For twenty plus years, I’ve worked with and lead great teams of engineers, product managers, and patent professionals most recently as the SVP Technology and SVP IP Services at TechInsights. My focus has been engaging technology companies to organize, assess and protect their patent portfolios to create business value. I thrive in competitive industries and working on a team to solve difficult problems and improve performance. As an executive of a patent technology company, my responsibilities included:• helping sell the company three times in the past twelve years, first to an operator and then to successive private equity investors. I understand the importance of delivering consistent results, having a credible growth story and being able to explain the how’s and why’s of the business; • assisting in the acquisition and integration of two similarly sized businesses.
