I am a project manager with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including 7 years managing a project team. During my career I have developed a ‘big-picture’ strategic outlook approaching new challenges as an opportunity to push for improvement. To date I have had the opportunity to play a key role in the coordination of major construction projects, including the $3B+ Project Vault where I was instrumental in the successful execution and turnover of the brownfield areas and compaction plants, as well as projects as small as $150K in the healthcare industry.My experiences have taught me the importance of meeting major project milestones and keeping transparency with clients by providing timely status updates and utilizing KPIs. I am dedicated to developing workplace cultures that emphasizes health, safety, quality, and improvement through field level mentorship, as well as reaching out to subcontractors to emphasize the importance of further developing their safety culture.
