The beginning of my career was Supplier based, focused on creative business development, turnarounds and start-ups, combined with that, my career expanded to a broad understanding and participation on the Provider side identifying/driving go-to-market concepts, redesigning effective Contract Compliance and initiating Group Buys totaling over $1B. I understand complex and technical issues with great speed which enabled me to design and execute strategic, out-of-the-box solutions/strategies, including some of the largest suppliers/providers in Healthcare include GE, Siemens, Philips, Agfa, Fuji, Bausch & Lomb, Voluntary Hospitals of American (VHA/Vizient), Premier, HealthTrust, Amerinet, MedAssets, etc.Because of my intense and varied background in distribution, medical device, information technology and data analytics, can often see the big picture, resulting in big ideas and meanwhile, uniquely able to mastermind, initiate and design detailed and strategic implementation and management.I work well at all levels within an organization driven by genuine respect of all people.
