Mike Norton is a versatile and experienced executive for all levels of operations and IT management across multiple industries: Call center, BPO, marketing, collections, HRIS/Benefits/Payroll systems, and property management industries. Within each of those industries, he has shown leadership in strategic and tactical decision making for technology, client management, staffing, revenue growth, and corporate direction.Mike has worked across all levels of personnel, in Fortune 500 companies and in smaller, entrepreneurial organizations, managing groups of up to 700 employees, including near-shore and remote-team operations. Joining SS&C's TimeShareWare division, Mike is involved on the leadership team responsible for strategic customer experience (CX) direction, revenue production, and customer support for ancillary applications to existing customers. Prior to SS&C, he has worked as a General Manager for ACS (a Xerox company) and Vice President of IT for Teleperformance.
