Budgetary responsibility to manufacture and ship $7 million US dollars per month.Reported to the Director of Operations .Managed all aspects of manufacturing from engineering design review of new products right through to product assembly and shipping .Identifying post merger integration by traveling to various Mold Masters entities and identifying product manufacturing transfers and sharing manufacturing methods.Leading daily 5S and scheduled Kaizen events resulting in reduced manufacturing times and upto 30% increased throughput.Initiated and developed a process of lights out , unmanned machining resulting in an average of 30 additional hours of production per week on a three machine cellImplemented interdepartmental cross training programs to enable success during industry spikes in production without addition to headcount.Reviewed and recreated various distinct job profiles and wage structures within the manufacturing facility. Global networking with entities in China, Brazil, Germany , India, Singapore and USA.

Supervised multiple related Mold Masters manufacturing facilities world wide with set up and training of employees on CNC production equipment. Travel involved assisting China , USA and Brazil facilities. Responsible for multiple production value streams involving manual assembly, CNC custom component machining , jigs and fixture tool room and custom molding . Also experience in research and development of new products related to plastic injection molding.

Set up , operation and training of employees on various manual and CNC machine tools and robots including the following :Cincinnati CNC mills , Mazak Integrex lathes , Mazak Variaxis mills , Okuma Macturn 30 and Okuma Macturn 250 twin spindle , twin turret lathes.Programming and set up of ABB and Nahci robots.
