• Production Engineer – Southern Oklahoma Region, May 2019 – Jun 2021
• Achieved 60% facility cost reduction versus previous horizontal Viola well by optimizing facility design and utilizing excess capacity of existing equipment.
• Partnered with drilling and exploration department to drill “pump-friendly” wellbore to place new wells on Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) from day one. Designed ESP system to handle sand from initial flowback period.
• Increased runlife 50% on average for fleet of 200 rod-pumped wells by examining pump efficiency and strokes per minute, as well as using correct-sized pumps and speeds to minimize wear and maintain production.
• Worked with production foreman to optimize pumper routes to move to pump by exception while transitioning through 50% staff reduction in field employees. Production / Facility Engineer – Cana Region, May 2015 – May 2019
• Developed and executed two multistage completions for produced water disposal wells.
