Installation Project Manager
Current- Directly manages and develops Installation team members. Owns talent management and talent acquisition to ensure Customer business expectations are met.
- Coordinate and schedule the installation of Steris site specific equipment spanning multiple hospital departments or multiple locations.
- Review all specifications of Steris equipment with ownership groups, engineers, project design managers, architects, and contractors to guarantee all necessary rough ins, connections, power, and utility requirements.
- Develop project cost estimates, source subcontractors as needed and provide a detailed scope of work to all entities involved in the equipment procurement and installation process.
- Conduct regular construction and site visits, attend virtual and on-site project meetings to identify that all parameters for Steris equipment installations have been identified captured and met.
- Responsible for the financial performance of multiple construction and retrofit projects, while simultaneously monitoring installation quality standards and customer satisfaction.
