Responsibility was to identify pain points, facilitate solutions, and communicate priorities.Information System Project Manager 8/2013 - 5/2014- As a part of the PMO, managed 2 projects with cross-functional teams. These projects were managed from Initiation through implementation. Includes weekly status reporting to leadership, regular communication with Delivery owner (Director level and above), managing gates. Both also had budget resposibility.Project Manager 10/12 - 07/13Managed Change Requests as a part of the TOPS billing system implementation.-This includes managing gating projects from initiation through requirements, design, code, testing, and implementation. -Managed 3rd Party updates and testing as it related to the billing system.-Supported products through the warranty period, coordinating defect management.

Successfully transitioned from development on a CICS mainframe platform to a Unix/Linux platform performing Configuration Management activities. • Implemented Project Management methodology to PSDI projects. This reduced the time required to stabilize an environment from 6 -10 days to 6 hours. • Collaborated with team management in India to share on call responsibility. This enabled the team to provide more consistent 24/7 support, while reducing the need for overtime.

Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert for the Data Management development team in a Mainframe environment.• Created and documented an Area Code Split conversion processing allowing a one night conversion of Area Codes to replace the time consuming, manual and error prone process used by the client. AT&T corporate mandated that all Area Code Splits use this process going forward. • Created a Cycle Consolidation process that had to be integrated into the billing to create a one night flash conversion allowing the reduction and balancing of billing cycles. After the successful completion of the first consolidation, AT&T immediately requested 70 other consolidations.• Supervised up to 23 people including developers and Customer Service Representatives.• Represented the Data Management team on the Architect Board to analyze incomings requests.• Implemented a comprehensive testing and quality control process to eliminate errors.

Entry level development position that overtime developed into a leadership position that implemented and maintained Dealer Commission Reporting System for large clients such as L.A. Cellular, 360/Sprint Communications, and Dobson Cellular.
