As time went on I helped to deliver significant results for our Clients across multiple verticals to the tune of $110 million in annual savings. I also have had the opportunity to execute on internal initiatives which boosted our productivity and enhanced our service offering.Today, as a Managing Consultant, I am ultimately responsible for improving the condition of my Clients. Leads and directs multi-disciplinary team in evaluating savings opportunities, negotiating contracts, implementing cost savings, and retaining customers within the areas of Document Management. Responsible for providing vision/strategy, establishing goals/focus, providing resources & expertise, supporting firm culture, client satisfaction (internal &external), and driving innovation, industry/product knowledge and scope expansion. Responsibilities also include managing revenue growth, profitability, expenses, efficiency, and P&L performance.He has been charged with establishing the vision and strategy for the company's new Business Analytics team (founded August 2015), which was formed to address clients'​ growing needs for real-time information and reporting. Leveraging PRP's vast data resources, the team provides insight that helps clients make business decisions with greater confidence and efficiency.
