I spent four years leading EUPA, a grassroots sport organization that advocates for and organizes activities in the sport of Ultimate Frisbee for adults and youth. My tenure was marked by:- A successful navigation through the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. When allowed, activities were run safely and successfully.- A year-over-year 400% increase in grant funding brought in to support Youth Programming on an annual basis - enough to fully sustain a full-time salaried position to coordinate and prioritize youth Ultimate.- A reframing of organizational priorities via development of strategic plan. To guide organizational decision making with consistency.- Overall membership decrease through COVID-19 offset by increased total participation numbers. The average member participated in 30% more programs per FY.

In September 2016, after 6 years with the ASAA overseeing e-Learning via www.SchoolCoach.ca I stepped into a new role as the Senior Assistant Director of the association. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, I was involved in all aspects of running the association with a focus on the coordination of Provincial Championship tournaments and serving member schools, while remaining involved in the Coach Education portfolio in an advisory capacity.
