I was the lead in developing CAN TV's new hyperlocal news channel CAN TV27, including establishing content partnerships and producing new content for the channel. I also managed and developed strategies for CAN TV's digital properties, including its website, email marketing, and social media.

I also produced radio pieces for and consulted with nonprofits to assist them in connecting with foreign constituencies.

Intern for a nationally-syndicated, Peabody award-winning show. Duties included booking guests, writing questions for interviewers, editing and mixing audio. Produced an entire show, "Life as Entertainment," aired on July 22, 2008.

I covered both state and campus beats at The Daily Cardinal, which has been a student-run, independent newspaper at the University of Wisconsin since 1892. I wrote both spot news and feature stories, with a focus on state and local politics and social issues. More recently, I helped begin daily news podcasts at the Cardinal, producing and voicing them.
