• Overseeing the monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet (EUR xxx') to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.• Conducting monthly analysis of prepaids adjustments, including controlling of software licenses, to ensure compliance with accounting standards and proper classification of expenses.• Leading audit and clean-up activities for fixed assets accounts, including historical assessment of the purchases for the last 3 years, analysis of current existence of IT equipment based on serial number ultimately resulting in EUR x' adjustment for assets not recognized properly and assets transferred to other countries, to ensure proper accounting treatment of fixed assets.• Leading a multi-department team as part of referral program clean up, including analysis and estimate of existing exposure (30+ partners with 500+ potentially eligible referral arrangements), to ensure proper recognition of referral fees in compliance with accounting standards.• Undergoing external IFRS audit to ensure compliance with accounting standards and identify areas for improvement in accounting processes.• Managing DCF Model for annual impairment testing including analysis of past forecast against current performance, alignment of key assumptions with global Business Unit strategy. • Planning and execution of assurance engagement by leading multi-cultural, multi-functional engagement team to identify and assess operational, financial and compliance risks and controls across Siemens global portfolio of business divisions, from planning to final report issuance based on profound data analytics.• Contributing to Siemens Energy carve-out combined financial statements focusing on Revenue and Share-based compensation, developing Excel based spreadsheet user for quarterly adjustment calculation• Successfully driving Siemens Mobility Global Audit Topic (acting as a scrum master in the audits, project audits with cost adjustment up to EUR xx’)• Actively collaborating with data analytics team, including development of interactive dashboard to identify high-risk items in real time.Controlling and Finance Assurance is a Grow and Development program which gives employees international exposure on different industries, projects and cultures with the purpose of developing the future (executive) leaders of Siemens.

• Managing audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS and RAS and being in charge of audit of US GAAP financial statements including the following;• Assessment of control environment and identification of control deficiencies and risks in business processes (operational risks and risks potentially leading to misstatements in financial statements) and related accounting and auditing issues;• Managing audit and reporting to primary team on internal control system and testing controls for SEC-registered clients;• Development of recommendations on changes in controls to optimize the process of preparation of accounting records and financial statements;• Communication of identified accounting and auditing issues including deficiencies in internal controls to the audit clients’ management (including participation in Audit Committees);• Experience includes communicating with foreign subsidiaries of multinational companies – audit clients (including Cyprus, USA, Brazil, Kazakhstan), working with and reporting to foreign offices (including EY Los Angeles, EY London), coordinating and remote monitoring of work of teams located in different regions, including distant foreign locations.
